What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience as a Backend Engineer with deep expertise in NestJS / Node.js (preferably with TypeScript) and/or Java Spring Boot .
- Solid hands-on experience with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, etc.) and effective data modeling.
- Proven ability to work in a self-driven Agile/Scrum environment with short feedback loops and cross-functional teams.
- Good familiarity with DevOps practices — CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, automated testing, Docker, and cloud platforms.
- Strong experience using modern AI coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Windsurf, or similar) to significantly boost coding speed, code quality, and productivity.
- Ability to work on long-term projects while consistently delivering clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Passion for modern backend architecture, microservices, performance optimization, and integrating AI/ML components (e.g., building APIs for AI agents, LangChain integrations, etc.) is a strong advantage.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend systems using NestJS/Node.js (TypeScript) and/or Spring Boot (Java) .
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with a strong focus on automation and quality.
- Build and integrate AI-powered features , APIs, real-time systems, and enterprise integrations.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers, AI/ML engineers, UX designers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Participate actively in code reviews, knowledge sharing, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
- Analyze feedback from QA engineers and users, then iterate and roll out improvements quickly.
- Present technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Define tasks, provide accurate estimates, and proactively communicate progress and blockers.
- Continuously improve your skills and help raise the technical bar across the team.
- Work in a cross-functional, collaborative environment to deliver high-quality features on time.
